Toronto native Chris Hercules started his spoken word journey in 2005 and hasn’t looked back since. Chris has worked alongside some of Toronto’s top Jazz artists such as Steve Koven, Brownman Ali, Don Francks, Mark Kieswetter, Norm Amadio, Norman Marshall Villeneuve, Robi Botos, Jim Heinman, and many others. He has performed at Hermans Jazz Club - Victoria B.C., Upstairs Jazz Club - Montreal QC, House of Jazz - Montreal QC, Cornelia Street Café – New York City, Café Paradiso – Ottawa, Ontario, Port Perry Music Festival, Sounds like the River Festival, Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market and at numerous venues in Toronto.
Chris is currently studying jazz and harmony and looks forward to collaborating with great musicians and multimedia artists in the future.
